Services Provided

Funding Futures offers grant writing and related consulting services to nonprofit organizations. We do not offer subscription-based services.

User Responsibilities

Refrain from using our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. However, with your explicit consent, we may use anonymized versions of your grant projects for training purposes. All identifying information will be redacted.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Funding Futures, including grant proposals and related documents, are our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Funding Futures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific Service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Site. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
